Greg brings to Capital Link over twenty years of experience in corporate government affairs, public relations and organization development. He is a former government regulator, a public school board member and a statewide leader on numerous boards, commissions and trade associations. His working relationships with members of Kentucky's General Assembly often reflect collaborations that span decades.

Greg's direct lobbying at the local, state and federal level has played significant roles in the shaping of public policy, while his award-winning grassroots programs have galvanized thousands in the political process. Founder of The Cathedral Institute and author of Building Cathedrals: The Power of Purpose, Greg travels the country delivering keynote speeches and conducting workshops based on the principles of leadership, employee engagement, culture and purpose. His second book, Moving the Needle: Appreciate, Activate, Rehabilitate, is scheduled for release in 2014.

Greg received both his undergraduate and masters degrees from Western Kentucky University. He and his wife Nicki have two children, Will and Abby
